In this blog post, I am sharing four simple recipes that together form a balanced and healthy meal.

This salad is rich in protein and healthy fats, making it perfect for lunch or dinner. It is light, filling, and very good for weight management.

1 boneless chicken breast
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
Mixed lettuce or salad greens
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
